* Each participant may submit a maximum of two photographs.

* Photographs submitted without a title will not be accepted.

* No watermarks, text, or logos are permitted on the photographs.

* Photographs must not be digitally altered beyond standard optimization (e.g., brightness, contrast, cropping).

* Photos submitted to this competition will not be used or sold without the prior consent of the contestants.

* The results will be announced on the Rotary Club Vasco Port Town Facebook page and notified via email.

* This contest is open to participants from Goa, Maharashtra, and Karnataka only.

* Each image should be in JPEG format, (1920 X 1080px) not exceeding 2MB in size..

*For mobile photographers, there is no size limitation other than the 2 MB maximum file size.

* AI elements or images from other sources are not allowed.

* The judges’ decisions are final and binding.
